How copyright owners and add-on creators can request a correction, a new source link or the removal of material.
Last updated: Nov 5, 2026Our approach to copyright
We respect the work of Minecraft add-on creators, artists and writers. Guides on this site are written by our team, and diagrams are created for this site. We do not host or re-upload add-on files; we link to each creator’s chosen source. If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, we will review your notice promptly and fairly.
How to file a copyright notice
Under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and similar laws, a valid notice should include:
- your full legal name and contact details (postal address, email address and phone number);
- a description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;
- the exact URL of each page on this site where the material appears;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf;
- your physical or electronic signature.
Where to send it
Send notices through the routes on our Contact page. You can also reach the site operator through the public registration record for the minecraftbedrockmods.com domain or through our hosting provider’s abuse-reporting channel. Incomplete notices may delay our review.
For add-on creators
If we list your add-on and you would like the listing corrected, linked to a different official source or removed, you do not need to file a formal notice. Send us a link to your official page and the change you want, and we will update the listing.
Counter-notices
If material you provided was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice that includes your contact details, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court, and your signature.
Misuse of the process
Knowingly submitting a false notice or counter-notice may make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Please make sure your claim is accurate before you send it.
Repeat infringement
We will stop linking to sources that repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
